With more than 27 years of experience spanning federal, state, local, and corporate environments, Amy brings a rare blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and resilience expertise to every engagement. Her career began in engineering support for municipal and state clients and evolved into a national leadership role in disaster mitigation and program delivery.

Amy has supported FEMA, HUD, USACE, NPS, and numerous state and local governments, helping organizations navigate complex challenges and implement high‑impact programs. Her work responding to Hurricane Katrina—both as a resident of New Orleans and as a professional—shaped her commitment to resilience, clarity, and community‑centered planning.

She has led project teams, departments, and nationwide technical assistance programs, overseeing portfolios exceeding $135M in annual revenue and driving year‑over‑year growth. Her leadership is grounded in partnership, transparency, and a belief that structure and adaptability must coexist for organizations to thrive.
